TERMS AND CONDITIONS Credit Terms: Terms are 30 days net. Past due accounts will be subject to a finance charge of 1.75 % per month. New Accounts: Minimum opening order required for $ 300.00-Net or more. Three satisfactory trade references are necessary to establish credit terms. Freight Terms: Over $ 2,000.00 Net - Prepaid Freight. Under $ 2,000.00 freight Collect. Service Charge: Orders under $ 100.00 Net will bear a $ 10.00 service charge. Claims: * Merchandise damaged in transit must be claimed immediately with the carrier. * Overage or shortage in number of boxes or cartes must be claimed with carrier. In all above instances, notation must be made on freight bill at time of signing. * All others discrepancies must be reported to us in WRITING within FIVE (5) DAYS of receipt of shipments. Returned Goods: We do not accept any return without prior approval. Restocking charge is 15 %. FOR REASONS OF EFFICIENCY, WE SUGGEST THE CONVENIENCE OF BOXED LOTS AS INDICATED IN OUR PRICE LIST. * Title does not pass to customer, until goods received by customer are totally paid. * PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. * Merchandise is bill at date-of-shipment prices. * This price list supersedes all other price lists. * Prices listed are SUGGESTED RETAIL. * The dealer is under no obligation to accept the suggested resale prices and may sell at any price he chooses. * If he chooses to sell at prices other than those suggested, he will not suffer in any way in his business relation with SAGETRA INC. company.
