S/S 12 Wheel Dough Cutter Plain & Serated.
This 12 wheel pastry cutter is constructed of stainless steel, making it extremely durable and ensuring that it will last you through repeated usage. A real time saver, this tool is great for cutting pastry dough, or even pizza dough, and is sure to make precise, measured cuts every time. It features 12 wheels, 6 plain and 6 fluted, riveted on an expandable arm. This design provides excellent versatility and the flexibility to cut a variety of designs. When fully extended, there is approximately 5" of space between each wheel, while the distance is approximately 1/2" between each wheel when collapsed. For safety and precision, the cutting wheels can be locked into place by tightening the wingnut located in the center of the adjustable arm.
